    50minute mat based class, is designed and instructed by a qualified physiotherapist and steamed live to your home, or anywhere that will work for you. Physio Pilates is low-impact, focusing on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. Exercises are performed with an emphasis on precision technique; balanced postural alignment; core strength and controlled, flowing movements. The outcome of participating in regular Physio Pilates is a strong, balanced body. Physio Pilates is for all levels of fitness. Your Physiotherapist can modify exercises to suit participants, who may experience pain or injury and at the same time, provide a challenging workout that will strengthen, stretch and balance, all participants.
