Physio Pilates is low-impact, focusing on flexibility, muscular
strength and endurance. Exercises are performed with an emphasis on
precision technique; balanced postural alignment; core strength and
controlled, flowing movements. The outcome of participating in regular
Physio Pilates is a strong, balanced body.
Physio Pilates is for all levels of fitness. Your Physiotherapist can
modify exercises to suit participants, who may experience pain or
injury and at the same time, provide a challenging workout that will
strengthen, stretch and balance, all participants.
